Real eye opener!
I really enjoyed reading this book about persuasion techniques and how they are used in sales, marketing, and everyday life. This should be required reading for all high school and college students in order to better help them understand the psychology behind the use of influence. As the author says, these can be used for good or for a very manipulated process by bad actors.
